Introduction
DECADES is a boutique travel company for retirees who want to explore the world at their own pace. They’re a fast growing start up with big ambitions.
I’m working directly with founder Laura Cannon. The objective is to generate leads and ultimately bookings.
My core focus has been on creative strategy for Meta ads, as well as strategy input for the email nurture journey.
The Results
By the second month of working with DECADES I’d reduced their Cost Per Lead by 42%. This ultimately led to CAC (customer acquisition cost) halving across a 6 month period.

How I achieved the results:
Creative strategy. Meta Ads is the lead driver in this business, and thanks to various algorithm updates, creative more than ever before is key to success on the platform.
Using ICP (Ideal Customer Persona) insights I created multiple content ideas to test. Focusing on a strong hook and finding imagery that would resonate with the audience - in this case testing UGC for the first time.
The results speak for themselves and have continued to deliver a growth in leads and revenue for the company.
